I speak about AI not as a tool, but as a cultural force reshaping cognition, creativity, and sovereignty. My talks range from strategic foresight for leaders to embodied creativity for artists and innovators. Each session can be adapted to context — from executive summits to design conferences.
“One of the leading experts on the topic of AI.”

TALKS
available talksYou've Already Changed
On what AI is quietly doing to human thinking, judgment, and identity — before you notice it's happening
We talk endlessly about what AI can do. We rarely talk about what it's already done — to us. To the way we make decisions, form opinions, trust our own judgment. This talk is not about the future of AI. It's about the present tense of being human inside it. Drawing on research, personal stories, and years of critical practice at the intersection of art and artificial intelligence, Lenka Hámošová maps the subtle cognitive and identity shifts that AI is producing before we have a chance to notice or choose them. Unsettling, precise, and deeply human.
Sensing the Synthetic
Intuition and embodiment as your edge in AI collaboration
AI has no nervous system. No body. No hunger, tiredness, or gut feeling. You do. And that difference matters more than any prompt engineering skill. This talk makes the case for somatic intelligence, intuition, and embodied presence as the most underused and undervalued human capacities in the age of AI collaboration. Through artistic practice, research, and participatory methods developed over a decade, Lenka Hámošová offers a reorientation: away from optimization, toward sensing. Away from output, toward presence. Because the most powerful interface you have with AI is not your keyboard. It's your body.
Know Thyself
Radical self-knowledge as a survival strategy for designers in the age of AI.
When anyone can generate a decent design in seconds, what exactly are you offering? This talk doesn't answer that question for you — it gives you the tools to answer it yourself. Because the designers who will thrive aren't necessarily the most technically skilled or the fastest adopters. They're the ones who know precisely what they are: what kind of thinker, maker, and problem-solver lives in them that no model can replicate. Part provocation, part audit, part practical framework — this talk helps designers find their irreplaceable edge not by rejecting AI, but by understanding themselves more radically than they ever had to before.

WORKSHOPS
available formatsCreative Sovereignty (coming soon)
An executive workshop exploring cognitive sovereignty in AI-driven environments. Designed for founders, leadership teams, and decision-makers navigating accelerated automation. More details soon.
Creative AI Workflows for Creative Professionals
A hands-on workshop for creative teams, design studios, and educational institutions exploring how to use generative AI without surrendering authorship. Participants learn to design intentional workflows that expand capacity while preserving clarity, originality, and critical judgment.
Tuning In - Embodied Human-AI Co-Creation
An experiential workshop for artists, researchers, and creative practitioners who want to explore AI as a relational medium rather than a production engine. Through guided experimentation, participants observe how ideas arise in the body — and how to collaborate with AI without losing that signal.PAST WORKSHOPS:
A selection of past workshops and experimental formats.

AI Sketching (2024)
An experimental workshop exploring design fixation in AI-assisted rapid prototyping. Participants role-played designer–client dynamics while generative systems translated sketches into photorealistic outputs, revealing how AI mediation reshapes iteration and authorship.Presented at ARCHIP and Creative AI Meetups Prague.
Scrying Through AI (2021-2022)
A speculative design workshop investigating text-to-image diffusion as a closed-loop interface. Participants could only iterate through textual modification of generated images, exposing the tension between language, intention, and visual imagination. Explored collective authorship and the metaphor of “scrying” — where describing a vision transforms it.Presented at FAMU, SVITAVA - transmedia art lab, & AIxDESIGN platform.
Collective Vision of Synthetic Reality (2019-2021)
An early speculative workshop crowdsourcing future scenarios for emerging AI models. Using a custom card system, participants imagined use cases and societal implications — mapping both utopian and dystopian trajectories of synthetic tools.Presented at Google, CtrlZ.AI Zine Fair, 2020 ACM Conference on Fairness, Accountability, and Transparency (FAT*), Interactions 2021 Conference IxDA, DOX - Center for Contemporary Art in Prague and others.
