Creative Direction, Large-Scale Event VisualsFor BTC Prague 2024 - the largest Bitcoin conference in Europe - I was commissioned to create a new visual concept that would evolve the existing brand identity. Working within an established typographic and color framework, I developed the creative concept of The Signal: a visual metaphor for the propagation of decentralization and self-sovereignty.
I designed a custom AI workflow to generate a series of consistent, high-impact visuals based on radiating waveforms and circular energy lines - capturing the spirit of Bitcoin as a singular, unstoppable force. My focus was on large-scale print design for physical installation throughout the venue, including photo walls, separators, and stage backdrops.
To overcome resolution limitations typical of AI-generated content, I devised a modular composition strategy and tailored each piece for close-up detail and wide-angle cohesion. Playful nods to crypto culture were embedded throughout - from pixelated laser-eyed honey badgers and proof-of-work iconography to meme-worthy flying pizzas and HODL frogs - creating layers of meaning that rewarded both casual glances and insider recognition. The Prague skyline anchored the visuals, rooting the signal in its local context.
